The Michigan Junior Open is now open for registration! Calling all junior players to compete in one of the Midwest’s premier youth pickleball tournaments at Brighton Pickleball Club on August 14–15, 2026.
This two-day event will feature exciting singles and doubles competition along with a high-energy team event.
Players can expect:
- Competitive divisions for a variety of skill levels
- High-energy atmosphere and team competition
- Guaranteed matches
- One of the region’s largest gatherings of junior pickleball players
Whether you’re competing for medals in doubles play or rallying your crew in the team event, the Michigan Junior Open is designed to create an unforgettable tournament experience for junior athletes of all levels.

Divisions
Divisions: 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
Gendered Singles, Gendered Doubles & Mixed Doubles at each level
Team Event: Novice, Intermediate, Open (Advanced)
Team Event Details
Rally your crew for a fast-paced, competitive team event at the Michigan Junior Open Team Rally! Teams of 3 players (co-ed encouraged) will compete in a unique team format designed to emphasize strategy, teamwork, and energy.
Each team matchup will consist of 3 doubles games played to 11, win by 2. Partners must rotate each game, and the same partnership may not be used more than once per matchup.
Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches during the event.
Register as a full team or sign up individually and we will help pair you with teammates. Prizes awarded to the winners.
Divisions:
- Novice, Intermediate, Open (Advanced)
Team spirit is highly encouraged — matching uniforms, team names, coordinated colors, and sideline energy are all part of the fun!
