Return & Exchange Policy

At Brighton Pickleball Club, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

• We do not offer refunds or returns on merchandise purchases.
• Eligible items may only be exchanged for another item, size, or store credit of equal value.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or worn merchandise
• Opened products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Brighton Pickleball Club reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
